Shy Therapy at a Nude Beach – Vancouver Play
UPDATE: due to administrative changes, this is now an independent production and tickets are available ONLY at the door. 15$
Feeling shy? Okay, maybe just a little. But you know you don’t need therapy. Or do you? Ah, but maybe you’ll discover that just attending this play will be therapeutic!
What does nudity have to do with personal empowerment? Or anything else for that matter?
Well, why not go and find out for yourself? Question or expand your beliefs in a fun and safe venue. Audience participation is encouraged and no two shows are the same.
This play was quite a hit last year, but didn’t get much exposure (sorry). Too bad, since it was fun, funny, thought-provoking, poignant, and a great opportunity to explore one’s values, feelings – therefore a great chance to push your own personal envelope and find out something new about nudity – and yourself. This year you will have another chance to get in on the dialogue, at a new location.
The play runs at the Brian Scott Fine Arts Gallery, 2227 Granville Street, Vancouver, between 6 th and 7 th Avenues.
No sex. No photography. Nude optional. All ages. Minors must bring their parent or guardian. If you are already a nudist (naturist), come anyway, have a most enjoyable experience and support the cause. In fact, you might just discover that you could be a therapist too!
Sept 9 at 2 pm, Sept 11 at 7 pm, Sept 14 at 9 pm, Sept 16 at 4 pm.
